Paul Gilbert Beck

Mr. Paul Gilbert Beck, age 89, of Okolona, returned to his Heavenly Father on Sunday, December 10, 2017. Mr. Beck was a member of Maple Grove Baptist, Am Vets Post #61, the American Legion, and he was a US Navy Veteran.

Among those who preceded him in death include, his wife, Emma Maxine Beck and parents, Stephen and Verdie Beck.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Paul Beck, Donald Beck (Beverly), Janet Williams (Charlie), Judy Lawson, Terry Painter, Kay Painter, Patty Milby and Paula Philpot (Robert); 13 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 12 great- great grandchildren; sister, Ruth Metcalf and a host of many other dear family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, December 15, 2017 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial at Resthaven Memorial Park. Family and friends may pay their respects on Thursday from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
