Paul David Hillberry age 79 of Okolona was born October 12, 1935 to the late Wesly James and Margaret Louise Marks Hillberry and returned to his Heavenly Father March 13, 2015. Mr. Hillberry was a retired machine operator for the Philip Morris Tobacco Company and an US Army Veteran serving in the Korean War.
Among those who preceded him in death include his daughter, Debra K. Elder; sisters, Jo Ann Zorko, Kathleen Hillberry and Ethel Vogelberg; brothers, James and Charles Hillberry and his Parents.
He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Ruby Hines Hillberry; daughter, Linda M. Lucas; sons, Paul Leslie and Bruce Hillberry; sister, Jessie Pickerill (Don); brothers, Samuel (Robin), Albert (Carol), Billy (Carol), Roy (Etta), Robert (Marsha), Ronnie, Mike (Vicky), Ted and Donnie Hillberry (Mary); sister-in-law, Dorothy Hillberry; 7 grandchildren, Michael, Pamela, Steven, Matthew, Nathan, David and Justin; 13 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral service will be held 12 P.M. Tuesday at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks (Preston Highway at Brooks Road and use John Harper entrance) with interment in Hebron Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects from 1 P.M. until 8 P.M. Monday at Schoppenhorst.
