Mrs. Sheila Elaine (Delk) Keith, age 48, of Shepherdsville, returned to her Heavenly Father on Friday, July 3, 2020. She was born on June 26, 1972, in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Barbara (Anderson) and Leslie Hall Delk, Jr. Mrs. Keith loved construction work and retired from K & I Construction. She was a loving, free spirited person who enjoyed life. She loved laughing and dancing and could do anything she put her mind to. She loved her little fur-baby, Shellie and referred to her as kid or baby-girl. Mrs. Keith loved her family dearly and will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, David Allen Keith; and her brother, Gregory Delk.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Katelynde Elaine Keith (Freddy Duffy) and Gregory Allen Keith; grandchildren, Aspen and Lukas Duffy; sisters, Donna Slayton (Dale) and Dawn Dunford (Jamie); brother, Roger Delk; fur-baby, Shellie, numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other dear family and friends.
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (N. Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial to follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Shepherdsville. Kentucky. Friends may pay their respects on Tuesday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home
