Sook Hee "Jean" Walker

Sook Hee “Jean” (Kyung) Walker passed peacefully Thursday, August 11,2022 at Indian Creek Healthcare in Corydon, Indiana. Mrs. Walker was a member of the Church of Christ, an Army wife, a mother of six and a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Charles David Walker, infant daughter, Diane Walker; brother, Kyung, Yun Soo and her parents Han, Ok Soon and Kyung, Choong Hyun.

She is survived by her four daughters and one son and their spouses, MiWha and Chico Chicoine, Linda and Jack Hankins Jr, Katie and Wayne Brindley, Tony and Wendy Walker, Sarah Frances "Frankie" and Tim Wright; grandchildren, Michael-Paul Chicoine, Jackie Hankins III, Mary Hankins, Jeannie Milan, Brynn Wilson, Coleman Brindley, Jacob Brindley, Jessica Fayette, Jason Walker, Nikki Wright, Courtney Wright and Sabrina Wright; great-grandchildren, J.P Hankins, Jadyn Hankins, Maddie Brindley, Michael Brindley, Clementine Chae Young Brindley, Stella Fayette, and Walker Fayette.

The Celebration of Life service will be conducted on Monday, August 15,2022 at 6:00pm at Okolona Church of Christ located at 6105 Outer Loop, Louisville, KY 40219.
