Thomas "Tom" Andrew Gillespie

Mr. Thomas “Tom” Andrew Gillespie, age 67, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to his Heavenly Father on Friday, February 18, 2022. He was born on April 26, 1954, in Erie, Pennsylvania. He was a Catholic by faith. He enjoyed playing music, electronics, grilling out and time with his family. He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Gillespie.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Christopher Gillespie, Timothy Gillespie and Jennifer Seibert; his mother, Janet Gillespie; his siblings, Linda Herrmann (Mark), Karen Mahurin (Don), Diane Gillespie, Patty Donohue (John) Joyce Cloys (Ken) and Daniel Gillespie (Aimee); 11 grandchildren and his partner, Linda Wuest.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, February 24, 2022, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home 4895 North Preston Highway Shepherdsville, with burial to follow at Brookland Cemetery. Visitations will be Wednesday 2pm until 8pm and Thursday 9am until time of service.
