Her and my Dad raised 6 daughters and 1 son to have respect and morals and to become the people we are today, which we are all so proud!
Our Mom was a grocery checker for most of her working life and made numerous close friends along the way. She was what everyone that came in to her life thought of as an Angel and was loved by all
Mom always remembered the birthdays of her grandchildren. Every year, she would send out cards to us all. It amazed us how she took the time to remember so many. She loved dancing and gardening but mostly, being a Mom and MeMaw. She also, loved all of her animals over the years, and her sweet little Ciara.
Mom was a very devout Catholic and loved Our Blessed Mother and was strong in her faith. We always followed her lead, because obviously she knew that hope, faith and love where the greatest gifts we could have.
Our sweet Momma was preceded in death by her parents Lewis Hoen and Peggy Boyles, Her husband, Cloyce Brooks, daughter Diana Wolf and son, Michael L. Brooks Sr.
She leaves behind daughters, Paula Perkins, Connie (Ralph) Lambert, Melinda (Brad) Lund, Nita (Don) Griffiths, and Trina (Mike) Munsell. She has 18 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren and 1 sister Marylou (Kenneth) Prentiss.
We love you Momma and a day will not go by that we are not thinking of your wonderful spirit. We will be together again, Amen.
