Joseph "Joe" W. Renshaw Jr.

Joseph "Joe" W. Renshaw Jr., age 96, of Snellville, Georgia passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2022, after an extended illness . Joe was born April 17, 1926 in Atlanta to Joseph W. and Lillie Renshaw, Sr. Joe proudly served his country in the United States Navy during and shortly after World War II on the U.S.S. Bowers, a destroyer. He worked as a traveling pharmaceutical rep with Economy Drug and John B. Daniel after the war, with most of Georgia as his sales territory. He was then a store manager for several drug store chains. Joe was known for his love of laughter and making others laugh.

Mr. Renshaw is preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Marjorie Renshaw.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, one daughter, four granddaughters and one great granddaughter.

A visitation for Joe will be held Saturday, August 6, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Eternal Hills Funeral Home, 3594 Stone Mountain Hwy, Snellville, Georgia. Following the visitation will be a memorial service at 4:00 PM at Eternal Hills Funeral home Chapel, 3594 Stone Mountain Hwy, Snellville, Georgia.
