

Kenneth Daryl Evans was born on October 7, 1976, in Palatka, Florida, to the late Kenneth Earl Evans and Barbara Gail Stallings. He was a devoted husband, father, brother, and proud Papa.
He is survived by his loving wife, Amanda Fair-Evans, and her four adult children: Tiera Watson (Audris Watson), Michael Sanders, Tahjai Fair, and Lonnie Williams. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren , Khya Rane, Josiah, Ammara, Kayden, and Karter , as well as his beloved godson, Noah.
Daryl is also survived by his older brothers, Brad and Doug, his aunt Stephanie (Bill) and his brothers of Local 613, and a host of extended family and friends who loved him dearly.
In 2005, Daryl moved to Georgia, where he met the love of his life. They married a year later and built a life rooted in love, laughter, and family. After working various jobs, Daryl returned to IBEW Local 613, where he found not only stability but purpose embracing his role as a provider and father figure with pride and dedication.
Daryl found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He loved fishing at the lake, family vacations, camping trips, and trying new restaurants for any occasion. The holidays, especially Christmas, held a special place in his heart he was always the family’s Santa. He also enjoyed trips to the casino with his brothers, creating memories .
A true lover of food, Daryl had a special taste for oysters, shrimp, beef sticks, and Mountain Dew. Not only did he enjoy eating, but he was also an incredible cook. From chili and BBQ to a wide range of cultural dishes, he poured love into every meal he made. His famous cheesecake was a family favorite, though it was just one of many dishes he mastered.
Daryl’s heart extended far beyond his immediate family. Though he was a man of few words, his love spoke volumes. He was always willing to lend a helping hand, offer guidance, and stand firm in his word. His presence was steady, his love was genuine, and his impact was lasting.
Even as his health began to decline, Daryl remained strong, vibrant, and full of life. On March 30, 2026, he took his final call with his beloved wife by his side.
Though he left us too soon, his love and light will live on forever. Daryl’s spirit now shines bright in the powerhouse in the sky and his memory will forever be a guiding light in our hearts.
He will be deeply loved and truly missed by all who had the blessing of knowing him.
