Stanton L. Weideman, 84, passed away on Wednesday, March 10, 2010, in Stone Mountain. Stanton was born on October 29,1925 in Chicago, IL to Leroy and Mary (Else) Weideman. He proudly served in the United States Aur Force during World War II and the Korean War as a navigator in a B-26 Bomber. After retiring from the Air Force, Stanton worked for Kraft Foods in the maintenance department. He was a member of the VFW. He is survived by his wife of over 38 years, Sun O. Weideman of Stone Mountain, sons Mark Weideman and Dean Weideman of California, sister Susan Lynch of Chicago, IL, brother Paul Gronholm of Las Vegas, NV and granddaughter Daniska Perelli of New York. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, March 11, 2010, at Eternal Hills Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 12, 2010, in the Eternal Hills Chapel.
