BROOKS – Mrs. Winnifred “Winnie” Brooks, age 88 of Loganville, passed away Thursday, May 8, 2014. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM, Sunday, May 11, 2014 in the Loganville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Rev. Gary Elliott will officiate. Burial will follow at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens in Snellville. A homemaker, Mrs. Brooks was a Charter member of Brookwood Presbyterian Church in Snellville. She loved working in the garden and with flowers. Mrs. Brooks was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Roy Brooks in 2011. She is survived by her Children: Neil Brooks of Cusseta, AL; Dana & Steve Bowen of Loganville; Kevin & Christie Brooks of Ballground; Sister: Jo Maness of Roanoke, VA; Grandchildren: Melissa & Kelly Williams, Nathan & Micah Brooks, Chris & Diana Bowen, Michele Bowen, Jessie Brooks and Great Grandson: Tyson Bowen.
