(LaButis) Williams. Cecil was born on February 20, 1920 in Goodwell, OK and was the son of the late Cecil C. and Daisy (Kemp) Williams.
He had served in the US Army during WWII. Cecil had worked for NY Telephone (Verizon) as an engineer and was a parishioner of St. Dominic Church.
Besides his wife he is survived by his three children, a daughter Barbara Heuer of Southington, sons Warren Williams also of Southington and Richard Williams of Norwich, 4 grandchildren and 8 grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
A mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday December 21, 2010 at 10 am directly at St. Dominic Church 1050 Flanders Rd. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Meriden. There are no calling hours.
