

Born in Philadelphia, PA on April 4, 1914, she was the daughter of the late George and Sarah (Grundy) Dingfelder. She moved to Wolcott in the early 1940s during WWII and supported the War effort by working at Benrus Company and was later employed at the Hayden Switch Co. She loved her family and enjoyed cooking, gardening and crocheting.
She is survived by a daughter Catherine Breen of Wolcott, four grandchildren, Christine and her husband Dean DellaVecchia, Bonnie and her husband Joseph Knapick, Raymond Tocionis Jr., and Shane Breen, five great grandchildren, JJ, Emma, Jacob, Luke and Sarah, and four nieces from the Philadelphia area. She was predeceased by a son James Breen, a sister Hannah Longstreet, and a brother George Dingfelder.
Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday at The DellaVecchia Funeral Home 690 Woodtick Rd. in Wolcott. Burial will follow in New Pine Grove Cemetery. Calling hour will be Saturday morning from 10 to 11 AM. In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
