Diane Sirois

Born on April 19, 1945 in Sherbrooke, P.Q. Canada, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Marie Lessard. Diane was a graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas High School in New Britain. She was an office manager for Nelson Tool & Machine and also Kratzert and Jones from which she retired. She loved being retired, enjoying many trips with her husband, family and friends. She truly looked forward to her September trips with the ?girls? to Ogunquit, Maine. She loved her time with her special Florida friends at the pool and at the beach. Diane could sit on the beach and read for hours.

Besides her husband Conrad 47 years, she is survived by her daughter Carolyn and her husband Robert Murphy of Kensington, two sons Steven and his wife Sheri Sirois of Southington, Greg and his wife Paige Sirois of Montverde, FL, six grandchildren, Rachel and Chad Keyworth, Carissa, Steven, Chelsea and Dakota Sirois, also three sisters, Claude Marie and her husband Michael Barthelmes of Southington, Lise Valade and Madeline Julian both of Canada, a brother-in-law David Casey of Windsor. She was predeceased by a sister Yolande Casey.

A Memorial Service will be held at 12 noon on Saturday August 11, 2012 at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home 211 N. Main St. Southington. Calling hours will be from 10 AM until the time of the service.
