Elizabeth Grazioso

Born in Southington on March 7, 1925 the daughter of the late Antonio and Maria Louise (DeAngelo) Cardinale. She was a long time employee of Bradley Memorial Hospital?s dietary unit and loved her work and all life had to offer, She enjoyed Italian cooking, especially her cookies. She loved to dance and go to the casino, she loved her family and friends most of all. Betty had a great sense of humor and always made you laugh.

She is survived by her children, Frank and wife Cynthia Grazioso , Maria Grahn and her fiance` John Slade of FL Anthony and his wife Jane Grazioso and Michael Grazioso all of Southington, a brother Anthony and his wife Louise Cardinale of Plantsville, and Benedict and his wife Joanne Cardinale of Jonesville, MI, a sister Caroline Carta and special friend Joseph Rafala of Cromwell, also her loving grandchildren and great grandchildren, Patience Angelillo and her husband Joseph and step-daughter Angelina, Christopher Grazioso and his wife Barrett and daughter Sophia, Amber Grazioso and Michael Grazioso, Nicholas Grahn. Robert and Ryan Ciafardoni and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers Angelo Geloso, Joseph Geloso and Michael Cardinale.

The Funeral will be held on Tuesday at 9;15 a.m. from the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. to St. Aloysius Church at 10 a.m. Burial will be at St. Thomas Cemetery. Calling hours will be on Monday from 5-8 p.m.
