Eugene C. Pomper, 77 of Southington, passed away on January 15, 2014 at his home. He was the husband of the late Florence Pomper. Gene was born on May 23, 1936 in Easthampton, MA and was the son of the late Carl and Dora (Poudrier) Watermond. He served our country during the Korean War in the US Marine Corps.
Eugene is survived by his three sons Dean, Steven and Michael Pomper, a sister Jacki Wright of Plantsville and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers Donald and Alan Pomper. Services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family and there are no calling hours.
