Evelyn Kathleen Harris, 57, of Bristol, died on Thursday, Dec. 30th, 2021. She was the daughter of the late Zenon and Solange Korpak. She was an RN for many years, working at New Britain General Hospital, the Bristol VNA, and other home care agencies, and as a case manager for Connecticare.
She was a gourmet cook who never had any guests leave hungry. Her scalloped potatoes were infamous. She was an avid Buffalo Bills fan who never missed watching a game. Not only did she have a big heart, but was smart, funny, and never boring. She is survived by her husband, David Harris, her son, Jean-Michel Barreau, and her sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Victor Bresson.
There will be a Celebration of Life at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Southington, on Wednesday January 5th, from 6:00-7:00 p.m.
