Hilda was born in Waterbury on July 31, 1932, daughter of the late Francisco and Marie (Carreira) Antonio.
She is survived by a daughter Debra Martins and husband Jerry of OH, a son George Porter Jr. and wife Lisa of Terryville, four grandchildren Sandy McCann, Kristen Martins-Taylor, George Porter III, and Melissa Gutschmidt, 7 great-grandchildren Kevin Cook, Bailey McCann, Dakota McCann, Natileigh Porter, Madelyn Taylor, Viviand Porter, and Avery Taylor, a brother George Antonio, and three sisters Liz Angell, Ida Anderson, and Ezuara Wilkenson, along with several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents Hilda was predeceased by a brother Leo Rodguriez.
A Graveside Service will be held on Monday at Pine Grove Cemetery, Waterbury immediately following the calling hours. Calling hours will be from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 690 Woodtick Road, Wolcott.
