James Stephen Hinchcliffe

Jim was born in New Britain, CT on January 23, 1985.

Jim was predeceased by his paternal grandparents Lawrence and Betty Lou Hinchcliffe and his maternal grandparents Stephen and Theresa Stango. Jim is survived by his loving girlfriend Kate Hughes, with whom he lived with. Jim is also survived by his mother Lori Stango Fomenko and her husband Philip Stephen Fomenko and his father James Clifford Hinchcliffe and his wife Sue Hinchcliffe.

Jim is also survived by his Godparents and his Aunt and Uncle Doria Stango Bybee and Stephen Stango and his Aunt Lori and Uncle Bill Fuller, his Aunt Jodi, his Uncle John and his Uncle Larry. Jim is also survived by his cousins Jared, Nathaniel, and Eve Bybee, Brian and Diana Fuller, Jenifer Hinchcliffe Hughes, Jason Hinchcliffe, Kenny Hinchcliffe, and Meghan,Nick, and Jayleen Hinchcliffe and a few nieces and nephews.

Jim was also survived by numerous friends from Southington High School, Northeastern University, and Akamai Technologies.

Jim graduated from Southington High School in 2003 and Northeastern University in Boston in 2008. Jim worked as a financial analyst at Akamai Technologies in Cambridge, MA for the past 11 years.

Jim was an avid Boston Red Sox fan and a Boston Celtic fan. He enjoyed golf and tennis.

Jim had a very warm heart and easy going personality and was loved by so many people.

A funeral service will be held Friday 11:30 a.m. at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N.Main St. Southington. Burial will be at Pine Grove Cemetery 850 Meriden Rd. in Waterbury. Calling hours will be Thursday 5-8 p.m. For online condolences and directions please visit www.dellavecchiafh.com
