Lorraine Dudek

Born October 5, 1932 in Meriden, she was the daughter of the late Frances (Bozuchowski) Kraszewski.

Lorraine retired from the Town of Southington Engineering Dept and was parishioner of St. Dominic Church.

She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Robert A. Dudek and his wife Elizabeth of Bristol and a daughter and son-in-law, Lynne Smith and her husband Kent Jr. of Southington; three grandchildren, Kent Smith III and his girlfriend Patricia Tarentello of Hyde Park, NY, Caitlyn and Meghan Dudek both of Bristol.

The funeral will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2008 at 9:15 a.m. from the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Southington followed by a mass of Christian burial at

10 a.m. at St. Dominic Church, 1050 Flanders Rd., Southington. Burial will be in St. Thomas Cemetery. Calling hours will be on Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Jim and Pat Calhoun Cardiology Center, c/o UCONN Health Center, Office of Development, 10 Talcott Notch Rd., Suite 100, Farmington, CT 06032, Attn: Gifts.
