Margaret Dorsey

Wallingford ? Margaret (Sorbello) Dorsey, 68, of Wallingford passed away on March 12, 2010. She was the wife of the late Lawrence Dorsey. Born in New Britain on June 7, 1941 daughter of the late John and Rose (Ranaudo) Sorbello.

Prior to her retirement she worked at Stone Safety in Wallingford and Lori Lock in Southington. Her greatest passion and love was music.

She leaves a son Mario Terranova Jr. of Meriden, six siblings Rose Franco of East Hartford, Barbara DiNicola of Bristol, Consetta Commesso of FL, Rocco Sorbello of FL, John Sorbello and his wife Charlotte of Plantsville, Rachel Sorbello of MI, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by four brothers Sebastiano Sorbello, Salvatore Sorbello, Joseph Sorbello, and Amelio Sorbello.

The family would like to thank the staff at Westfield Care And Rehab Center in Meriden for all of the great care given to Margaret during her time there.

The funeral will be held on Tuesday March 16th at 8a.m. from the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main Street, To St. Aloysius Church, 254 Burritt Street, Southington. Burial will be at St. John?s Cemetery in Wallingford. Calling hours will be held on Monday from 5-7 p.m.
