Marie A Rossi

She was born in Southington on April 4, 1928, the daughter of the late Peter and Florence (Mazzera) Celella. Prior to her retirement Marie had worked for Dr.?s Eugene and Anthony D?Angelo as a Nurse and Medical Assistant for 44 years. She loved to travel, and loved to sew, but her greatest love was her family.

In addition to her husband she is survived by her loving children, Michele and husband William Webster of Prospect, Michael Rossi Jr. and wife Audrey of Sealy, TX, Maria and husband Mark Ramsay of Southington, and Matthew Rossi of Nashville, TN, 5 cherished grandchildren, Meghan, Jeffrey, Nicholas, Nathan, and Morgan. She also leaves 2 sisters, Jeannette Norris and Judy Wasik both of Southington, 3 brothers, Ralph Celella of Cheshire, Geno Celella of Southington, and Robert Celella of Deland, FL, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 2 brothers Anthony and Peter Celella.

The Funeral will be held on Friday at 9:45 a.m. from the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. to Mary Our Queen Church, 248 Savage St. at 10:30 a.m. for a Mass. Calling hours will be on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. Burial will be at St. Thomas Cemetery. Donations maybe made in her memory to St. Jude Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105
