Maryann Fillion

Mary Ann C. (Jurewitch), 79, of Southington, beloved wife of Roger Fillion, passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, after a short illness. Mary Ann was born in New Britain on March 9, 1943 and was the daughter of the late Charles and Lena (Silverio) Jurewitch. She was raised in Plainville and graduated from Plainville High School, Class of 1961. Mary Ann was an executive assistant at General Electric in Plainville for over twenty years and also retired from there. She continued working as an administrative assistant well into retirement at ADC in Wallingford, and the Bristol Public School System. Besides her husband Roger of 57 years, she is survived by her children, Michele Foertsch and her husband Martin, Dawn Horn of Naugatuck, and Gary Fillion of Bristol. She was also a beloved grandmother to Andrew Foertsch of Southington, Emily Foertsch of West Haven, Sean Horn of Southington and Madison Horn also of Southington.
