Born February 24, 1940 in Bridgeport, he was the son of the late Michael S. Malse Sr. and Marietta G.(Cecere)Malse.
Michael was a self employed carpenter. He loved the outdoors, had a great sense of humor and most of all was the best father in the world.
He is survived by his devoted daughter and best friend Jennifer Malse of Southington, a brother Gary Malse and wife Cindy and their son Christopher of Milford; two sisters Henrietta Malse and Judith Schank both of Wilmington, NC; cousins Retta and Mike Dowling of Milford, his former wife Tanya Malse and stepson Edward Urbanski.
A memorial mass will be Thursday, Dec. 16, 2010 at 10 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception Church, 130 Summer St., Plantsville at 10 a.m. The DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Southington is assisting the family.
