

Michael Ronald Nadeau, age 86, of Southington, passed away surrounded by the love of his family and in the comfort of his home, on Tuesday, May 13, 2025. Mike was the beloved husband of Lorraine (Cadoret) for 50 years.
Mike was born July 18, 1938, in Van Buren, Maine, a son of the late Patrick and Rose (Tardif) Nadeau. He bravely served in the United States Army, entering at the young age of 17. He was employed for many years as Circulation Manager for the Hartford Courant.
He was a proud member of the VFW. As a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather, he adored his family. He will be dearly missed by his wife Lorraine, his caregivers; daughter Michelle Winger of New Britain, grandson Christopher Ouellette and his wife Jennifer of Southington. He is also survived by his sons; Raymond and his wife Donna of Baltic, Ricky of FL., and Michael of FL, his 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and his fur babies whom he adored; Beau, Chloe and Moo.
He loved doing Suduko and the Jumble puzzles in the newspapers. He loved watching ice hockey, NASCAR, the Red Sox, and UConn Basketball. He loved being outdoors doing yardwork and talking to the birds as he mowed the lawn.
