He was born in Meriden on Feb. 21, 1952 a son of John J. and Lorraine (Giovo) Wynne.
Michael lived most of his life in Southington before moving to Maine in 2002. He was a graduate of Southington High School.
In addition to his parents and wife he is survived by his three children, Jennifer Wasik and husband Michael of KY, Melissa Wynne and Don Tidd of ME and Michael Wynne Jr. of ME; a sister Barbara Gillette of Southington; a grandson Jacob Wasik of KY and mother-in-law and father-in-law, Ralph and Shirley Carlson of ME. He was predeceased by a brother Timothy Wynne.
A funeral service will be Sunday 3 p.m. at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Southington. There are no calling hours and burial will be at the convenience of the family.
