Patricia Ann (Cichon) Kleszcz, 86, of Bristol, CT, formerly of Southington, passed away peacefully on November 26, 2025, at Ingraham Manor. Born in Meriden, CT, on December 18, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Adeline (Kowalski) Cichon.
Patricia was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She worked for many years as an assembler in a manufacturing plant, where she took great pride in her work and embodied the value of dedication and perseverance. Her strong work ethic was matched only by her deep love for her family.
She cherished traveling with her late husband Walter, exploring the beauty and diversity of the United States together. The two of them proudly journeyed to all the contiguous states, creating memories that she treasured throughout her life. While living in South Carolina, Patricia was an active member of her local Moose Lodge and also belonged to her local American Legion. In quieter moments, she enjoyed crossword puzzles and word search books, finding joy in simple pleasures.
Patricia is survived by her two children, her son Bruce Kleszcz, and her daughter Patricia Perrotti and her husband Mark. She leaves behind eight beloved grandchildren—Jennifer, Adam, Richard, Timmy, Joe, Tracy, Kevin, and Kelly—and four great-grandchildren—Zach, Hunter, Harper, and Carson. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law Linda Kleszcz, as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her brother Joseph Cichon, her sister Gloria Fuschillo, and her two sons, Walter and Michael Kleszcz.
A graveside service will be held on Friday December 12, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Oak Hill Cemetery, 33 Queen St., Southington. There will be no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions in Patricia’s name be made to a charity of one’s choice.
