Dear Phil and family,
So sorry to hear about your loss. Bob and I have very fond memories of our earlier years and all the time spent together in high school and our early years of marriage. Pat was a lovely person and I know all your memories will help you through this difficult time.

Dear Phil , Bobby and Family,
How Al, Our family and I loved Pat. Speaking in past tense is very difficult, but I will try.
Pat is/was my best friend, as opposite as we were. Our vices were different, our opinions were different, our appearance was totally different ( she was my pixie) but we were in many ways so much alike. We felt naked if we didn't have earrings and lipstick on.
We shared secrets, we argued ( I rarely won), we laughed together and we cried together. I was stubborn, but my buddy had me beat ! We used a screwdriver and hammer to separate the most delicious frozen sausage links ( at least 50 of them) . We went to Tropicana Field on Sundays to watch the Rays, we went to the Cumquat festival for pie , and the Strawberry Festival for Strawberry shortcake. Phil and Al sat patiently as we slowly walked the Arts and Crafts displays ( intentionally),and attended countless other attractions when we moved to Florida.
 In Southington, when we were neighbors, 
Pat introduced my granddaughter to Frozen devil dogs, and gave me cooking lessons ( she was a pro). We went on road trips.
My most memorable trip one was to Our Lady of Lourdes  Grotto. We walked the stages of the Cross , Pat taught me about each as we went along( I'm Jewish). Then we sat silently holding hands at the Grotto for the longest time. We looked at each other stood up and walked to the car not uttering a word.
Since moving to Florida ( 10 years ago) we  would talk almost every night, with restrictions. She couldn't call me while I was watching the news, and I couldn't call her during her political shows. 
I am waiting for the phone to ring but it doesn't anymore.
Pat is missed so much, and loved even more.
Her friendship, caring and love changed my life and she is forever in my heart.

Bill: I know how hard it is to lose a sibling. In addition to my mother and father, six of my brothers and sisters have died. Only Duane, me, and my older sister Bobbi are alive. My wife of 48 years has also passed on. Ironically, I live only a short distance from Palm Harbor, in Sun City Center. I get back to Waterbury frequently (without my Marine Corps buddies). But I am still active with our Class of 1958 High School Reunion Committee. We will remember her at our 60th reunion in September 2018.

I will always remember Pat as the best neighbor anyone could wish for, always friendly, helpful, and kind. My sincere sympathy goes out to Phil and the family.

Merle, Billy, and the Unwin family; A lot of years have passed since we shared a section of Beecher Avenue across the street from one another and enjoyed one another's company. And Patricia and I walked the halls of Crosby High together. I offer my deepest condolences to you all on the time of her passing. She made the Beecher Avenue and Crosby neighborhoods classier. I have no doubt she will do the same at her next stop. Your memories of her and prayers will ease your pain and keep her forever in your minds. I will add my prayers to yours.

I always remember Pat filled with fun and sharp wit and a pleasure to be with at cousins club.  Always kind and helpful to me as a young new mother back more than fifty years ago.  My most sincere condolences to Phil and Robert and all her family.
