Peter was born in Norwalk on May 19, 1958 and raised in Fairfield. He graduated from Fairfield University with a B.A. in Business and Sociology. He was a self-employed real estate appraiser for over 30 years and a resident of Southington for many years. He was an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers and the Boston Red Sox. He enjoyed fishing, camping, hiking and the beach.
Peter is survived by a step-brother, Frank Fiasconaro of New Hampshire; three step-sisters, Carol Kuperman and Linda Taft both of E. Haven and Marie Sguelia of Branford, two aunts Genevieve Romanowski of Stratford, Florence Paul of FL, his longtime girlfriend Sonya Ahn of Hartford and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by a brother John Romanowski in 2006.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 12 noon at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home 211 N. Main St in Southington. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
