Rita Golden

Born in Waterbury on August 29, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Florence (Nutcher) LaVallee. She retired from Toys R Us and Lux Time.

Rita lived in Wolcott for over 60 years and she enjoyed keeping up her house and always tried to have the prettiest yard on the street. She loved spending time with her family and going to flea markets, tag sales and fairs.

Rita leaves to cherish her memory four sons Robert Golden Jr. of Waterbury, Thomas Golden of New London, Richard (Janice) Golden of Santa Ana, CA, Joseph (Debbie) Golden of Wolcott, two daughters Cheryl Betkoski of Wolcott, Lois (Robert) Pisani of Wallingford, two step daughters Janice Crisafulli of Venice, FL, Joyce Ryan of Centerville, MD, ten grandchildren Amber, Erica, Rachel, Isabella, Diana, Joseph, Brandon, Luke, Nicholas and Patric, five great grandchildren, Laila, Gabe, Kennedy, Dante and Vincent.

Besides her husband she was predeceased by a grandson Robbie Golden, a step son, Edward Golden, her three sisters and three brothers.
