It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of our sweet Alyssa, on Monday, June 10, 2019 at the age of 8. Beloved and cherished daughter of Mark McLintock and Jaime Renner. Loving little sister of Jake Dodd. Cherished granddaughter of Frank and Ann McLintock and Mark and Shirley Renner. Alyssa leaves behind her adored kitties; Simon and Zoey. She will be lovingly remembered by her great-grandmother, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A heartfelt thank you to her devoted team of doctors and nurses at Toronto’s Hospital for Sick Children who went above and beyond with exemplary care for Alyssa over the years.
Family and friends will be received on Monday, June 17th from 1 -3 p.m. at the Hulse & English Funeral Home & Chapel, 75 Church St. (905-684-6346). A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel at 3 p.m. Because it was so important to Alyssa that all cats were loved and had a home, memorial donations in her name to NOTL Cats (a cat rescue in Niagara on the Lake) would be appreciated by the family.
**Alyssa's favourite colour is blue, bright blue. If you are inclined, please wear blue in Alyssa's honour to the visiting and service.
