Peacefully at Douglas Memorial Hospital on Friday, July 21, 2017 in his 71st year. Butch is survived by two sisters Norma (Ron) Burger and Dena (the late David) Cane. Lovingly remembered by his three nieces Earlene (Jack) Wilson, Sue (Dan) Dawson, Chris (Mike) Findlay, several great nieces and nephews and one great, great nephew. Butch was retired from the Port Weller Dry Docks. He was involved over the years with Garden City Productions, Thorold Community Theatre Group, Commonwealth Co-op Board.
The family will receive friends at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 75 Church St 905-684-6346 on Sunday, July 30th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A Celebration of Butch’s life will be held in the chapel on Monday, July 31st at 11a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations made in Butch’s memory to Hospice Niagara would be appreciated by his family.
