It is with great sorrow and sadness we announce the passing of Douglas on Wednesday, April 6, 2016, in his 95th year. Beloved husband of Audrey (nee Reid). Dear brother of Bess (Ron) and Lloyd (Doreen). Doug is survived by many nieces and nephews. Doug was a veteran of WWII with the Canadian Armed Forces.
At Doug’s request cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation at the funeral home and a private family service and interment will be held at a later date at White Chapel Memorial Gardens; Hamilton. Arrangements entrusted to the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church Street (905-684-6346). If desired, memorial donations to the Lion’s Club International Seeing Eye Dog Centre or the C.N.I.B. Seeing Eye Dog Centre would be appreciated by the family.
