Elizabeth Christie Borrowman

Beloved Mother of John Peter Borrowman of Picton, Kelly Elizabeth Winters (Borrowman) of Waterdown, Beloved Nanny of Carley Elizabeth Winters, Joshua John Donald Winters of Waterdown, Dearest Sister-in-law Barbara Pogue of Bracebridge, cherished aunt/great aunt to 14 Pogue & Paterson Niece’s, Nephews and their families.

Beth was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 60 years John (Jack) Borrowman (2011), Parents Peter and Mina Paterson, brothers Norman Paterson, William (Bill) Paterson, and Peter Paterson, Brother-in-law Donald Pogue.

Our Mother had a lifelong love of family and wonderful friends while experiencing a full and enriched life with our dad. Successfully and with ease she was still residing in her own home, remarkably blessed with health and still driving until just days prior to her passing, she was beacon of light to our family and simply amazing, we are so proud of you and thank you for being our mother xoxo John & Kelly.

An immediate family member service was held October 30th, 2022.

We are thankful for the wonderful, compassionate care our mother received from the staff at Hulse & English of St. Catharines and to Reverend Harvey Tobey of Stamford Lane United Church for assisting with our family with a heartfelt farewell.
