Harry Elieza Bowman

“Away from the body and present with the Lord.” 2 Corinthians 5:8. Harry Bowman passed away at Linhaven Long Term Care Home in St. Catharines on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at the age of 82 following a long battle with dementia. We thank the staff of Linhaven for their care and support for Harry during his stay.

Left behind are his three sons, Ivan, Winfred (Andrea), and Eric (Kimberly) and his wife, Grace (separated). Loving Opa to Anna and Moriah Bowman and Samantha and Heather Bowman.

Survived by his brothers Piet, Dan, Cor and his sisters Nellie and Leni.

Predeceased by his brother Liza and sister Tonnie. Remembered by several nieces and nephews and their families.

Family will receive relatives and friends at the Hulse & English Funeral Home & Chapel, 75 Church St, St. Catharines, 905-684-6346, on Friday, May 26, from 7:00-9:00 pm. A funeral service at the Hulse & English Chapel on Saturday, May 27 at 11:00 am.

A private family interment will take place at Niagara Lakeshore Cemetery in Niagara on the Lake.
