Heather was the loving and caring mom to Fran (Paul-deceased), Fraser (Marlene), and Fred (Lindy). She adored her granddaughters Kassaundra and Alyson and loved her Papillon dog Frenchie.
Heather was an extremely social woman. She was an active member in her church, an avid bridge player, enjoyed swimming, going out for lunches with her Baie Comeau friends, and was a world traveler. She loved reading and was always learning and keeping up with current events.
Born in Montreal to T.B. "Happy" Fraser and his wife Ruth, Heather lived in Franquelin for a few years and then moved to Baie Comeau. In 1975 she moved with her husband Jack and children to St. Catharines. She lived here ever since, reaching out to those who were lonely, suffering and doing acts of kindness. She was a devoted mother and friend to all.
The family would like to especially thank those who helped in fulfilling mom's final wishes and journey, Debbie Kalvee, Pam Paxton, Melissa King, many friends, and the care team, for providing the loving care so that mom could pass in her home.
May Heather's spirit continue to live in all of us.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Niagara in Heather's memory would be appreciated by her family.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.HulseandEnglish.com for her family.
