Hilde Luise Bird

in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, on the 28th day of April 2011 at the age of 91. Predeceased by husbands Kurt Kretschmar (WWII 1945), Cornel Mueller (1957) and Frank Bird (1983) and by sons, Walter Kretschmar (2005) and Hardy Kretschmar (2007). Hilde will be lovingly remembered by daughters-in-law Catherine (Walter) of Verner and Judy (Hardy) of St. Catharines, by grandchildren Susan Scott and Kurt (Janet) Kretschmar and Kurt W.F. Kretschmar (Michelle) and Peter Walker (Sandra), of St. Catharines and by great-grandchildren, Daniel and Ben Scott, Ashley Kretschmar, Tyler, Farleigh and Brody Kretschmar and Sarah and Brandon Walker. Hilde’s family will receive visitors at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church St. (905-684-6346) on April 30th from 9:30 am – 10:00 am with the Celebration of Life following at 10:00 in the Hulse and English Chapel. Interment to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery, Queenston Street, St. Catharines. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Hospice Niagara or the Salvation Army Building Fund.
