Janet Duncanson Anderson Gordon

Peacefully passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at the Hotel Dieu Shaver Hospital, at the age of 58 years. Beloved wife of Jackie for 37 years. Loving mom of Cameron (Amy) and Sara (Chris Stevens). Proud grandmother of a little baby girl who will be arriving in February 2012. Cherished daughter of May and the late Willie Anderson. Dear sister Linda (Les) and brother Kenny (Ann). Loved daughter in law of Frank and Margaret Gordon. A special heartfelt thank you to our friends, we can't put in to words how much you have all meant to us. Their unwavering support and love during this difficult time gave Janet and us the strength and courage to carry on. We are not sure how we would have done it without you all.

Janet was an employee for over 27 years with Meridian Credit Union beginning her career as a Teller and retiring as a Branch Manager. Our appreciation also, to the entire nursing staff on the 2nd floor at Hotel Dieu Shaver for the special care and attention they bestowed on Janet.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, October 28, 2011 at the Hulse & English Funeral Home & Chapel, 75 Church Street, St. Catharines (905-684-6346), from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, October 29, 2011 at 11 a.m. Cremation has take place.
