Joseph Kukaryshen

Peacefully on Saturday, January 1, 2011 at Chateau Gardens with his family by his side; Joseph was born in Glenelder Sask. In 1916 and came to Ontario in 1939; beloved husband for 61 years of Anna; loving father of Lynette Pels (the late John), Eugene (Mary), Debbie Bayer (Larry) & Wade (Kim); dearest Papa of Georgina, Kristina, Lesley, Vicki, Lawrence, Kelsey, Alex & Max; also survived by his great grandchildren Rylan, Kendra, Camerin, Chloe, Caitlin, Ella, Andrew, Olivia & Taylor. Joseph will be sadly missed by his sister Jean Lech as well as Virginia MacLeod. He was predeceased by his parents Frances & Anton & his son Ronald. He was retired from General Motors in 1980 after 30 years of service. Joseph enjoyed his retirement years gardening and time spent with his family.

Friends will be received at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church Street (905-684-6346) on Tuesday, January 4th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, Jan. 5th at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Thank you to the staff of Chateau Gardens for the love and care extended to our father.
