Peacefully passed away, with family by his side, on Monday, August 13, 2018, at the age of 84. Beloved husband of Christine (formerly Andres). Dear father of Daniella Restivo, Julie Restivo, the late Lidia Restivo. Step-father of Sharon (Robert) Burns, Jennifer (Marcello) Carbini and the late Richard Andres. Special Nonno to Brent and Blake Harrison; Maggie, Ella and Hannah Burns. Brother of Ninette Restivo and Clara Tomasella.
In keeping with Sam’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at 1 p.m. A time of gathering will follow the service. If desired, memorial donations made to The Canadian Cancer Society or the Niagara Regional Literacy Council would be appreciated by the family.
