Betty Lavern Richardson

Born February 11, 1935 in Wewoka, Oklahoma to Raymond and Ida Mae Hodo, Betty was the beloved wife of the late Cornelius "Carl" Richardson; dear mother of Mark (the late Pamela) Richardson; loving grandmother of Mark (Jennifer) Richardson, Jr., Katharine Braun, and Ash (Michael) Jenkins; cherished great-grandmama of Carl Richardson and Freyja Braun; dear sister of Ernie (Bettie) Hall; dear aunt, great-aunt, great-grandaunt, and a friend to many in her lifetime.

In addition to her parents and daughter-in-law, Betty was preceded in death by her siblings, Pal, Cecilia, and Don.

A visitation will be held Monday, February 10 from 5-8pm at Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary, 6464 Chippewa Street 63109. A second visitation will be Tuesday, February 11 from 9:30am until time to depart for church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, February 11 at 11am at Epiphany of Our Lord Catholic Church, 6596 Smiley Avenue 63139. Interment immediately following at Mount Hope Cemetery, 1215 Lemay Ferry Road 63125.
