Jimmy was the loving son of Shirley Brockett (nee Viehmann) and the late Ramon "Ben" Bendel; proud father of James, Jr., Steven, and Joel (Amanda); loving brother of John (the late Joy), Bill (Cathie), Bona Lee, Donna (Jimmy Bishop) Greenwood, Tammy Hill, Kimberly (Christopher Modlin) Profeta, the late Brett and the late Lenny Brockett; a dear uncle and friend.
Visitation will be Saturday, October 3 from 9am to noon at Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary, 6464 Chippewa Street 63109. A Celebration of Jimmy's Life will immediately follow at noon in the Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, Contributions in Jimmy's memory to the Siteman Cancer Center would be greatly appreciated by his family.
