Loving husband to Mary Gene Earheart (nee Cashion) for 70 years. Beloved father to Donivan (Diane) Earheart, Becky Davis and Donna (William) Arnold. Cherished grandfather to Lindsay (the late Aaron) Leetch, J.P. Davis and Brandon (Danielle) Earheart. Great-grandfather to Avery and Emmersen Leetch.
Jim is preceded in death by his parents Perry and Ella (nee Wallace) Earheart, his brother Marshall (Gustie) Earheart, and his sister Naomi (J.C.) Lyon, and his grandson Aaron Leetch.
Jim served in the Korean War and was a retired St. Louis Metropolitan Police Officer who enjoyed woodworking as his hobby.
SERVICE: Visitation Saturday, December 7th from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm at Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary, 6464 Chippewa at Watson. Funeral Service at Hoffmeister to begin at 3:00 pm. Private Family Interment with Full Military Honors will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
