Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Fred V. Starbuck and dear grandson, Alex Starbuck; loving mother of Celeste (Wayne) Strassner, John (Sonja Fargis) Starbuck, Alan (Susan) Starbuck, and Janice (Tom Scheifler) Starbuck; dear grandmother of 9, great-grandmother of 9 and friend to many.
Visitation will be Sunday June 25 from 2-4pm and Monday June 26 from 9-10am at Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary 6464 Chippewa 63109 with Funeral Service at 10am. Interment Jefferson Barracks.
