“Dear ones, I have had a blessed life. The greatest blessing is John 3:16 ‘For God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.’

My parents, Elsworth and Emma Best gave me unconditional love.

My siblings Dotta, Bob, Donna, Barbara and their families swarmed around me with love and care in good times and bad.

Dear Bob stood by me for 66 years. Our children have been a blessing. We didn’t get to know our firstborn, little Ernie, but Brenda taught me how to be a mother; Becca showed me how to be strong; Beverly taught me to be persistent, yet tender, and Brad proved God’s love and power. We had great times with our kids including our sons-in-law, Dave and Joe and our grandkids – Lisa and Toby, Jonathan and Jenny, Emmalea and Maurice and Bonni Rae and Javier. My darling great grandchildren – Emma, Breanna, McKinley, Madison, Tre and Maxon have been precious gifts.

My Dear friends at Trinity Church have been my prayer partners.

I am rich indeed! My prayer is that those whom I love so dearly will one day join hands with me around our precious Lord and Savior in Heaven. What a wonderful day that will be!”

Visitation: Trinity Presbyterian Church, 1110 S. Glenwood Ln., Kirkwood, MO 63122, Friday, April 7, 2017 from 4-8pm. Funeral: Saturday, April 8, 2017 at Trinity Church at 10am.
