Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 21, 2017. He was preceded in death by his sister, Florence (Arthur) Sommers, and brother, Paul Tischler. Ed will be deeply missed by his nieces and nephews, Joyce Fournier, Janice (Rich) Green, Jim (Shy) Sommers, Art (Kathy) Sommers, Gladys (Bob) Woldt, and Florney (Don) Winger; 14 great nieces and nephews; 22 great great nieces and nephews; and four great great great nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, June 28 at 11 AM with visitation one hour prior at St. Francis de Sales, 650 Palace Ave, St. Paul. Interment at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Inver Grove Heights.
