Jim will be deeply missed by his wife, Kelly; daughter, Tonia; Tonia’s mother, Sandy; granddaughters, Mackenzie (Noah) and Mariah; great-grandson, Odin James; siblings, Hattie, William Jr., David and George; and many nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Life Gathering will take place on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at Cherokee Regional Park, 700 Cherokee Heights Blvd, St. Paul from 10am-2pm.
