Passed away at his Vadnais Heights home after an extended illness. Member of Red Mills Sportsman Club & avid golfer. James is preceded in death by his Father, Johnnie M. Elkins. He is survived by his Daughter, Gabrielle Elkins; Mother, Lillian Hendel; Sisters, Susan Elkins & Peggy Bach; Brother, Johnnie Elkins (Sharon); Nieces, Nephews & Their Families; Extended Family & Friends. A Celebration of Life will be held; arrangements are pending. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
