Jim was the son of James & Bessie Moore, brother to Terry & Betty, half-brother to Charlotte, Robert & Kathleen, generous uncle to Leah, Dan, Alex, Dean, Nick & Elena, brother-in-law to Judy & Dimitri. An East St. Paul resident, Jim attended Harding High, was a veteran of the army and a postal employee. He lived in Mendota Heights for the last two decades. Jim was an avid walker and a student of Karate. His love, however, was ballroom dancing, which he did for more than 40 years. He was considered very talented and could be frequently seen at the Medina Ballroom and other dance halls. He requested no flowers, but suggested that donations be made to the Mental Health Association of Minnesota (MHAM). Memorial Service will be Friday, December 18, 2015 at 11:00 AM with a Gathering of Family and Friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Wulff Godbout Funeral Home, 560 7th St. W., St. Paul, MN. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
