1999 Graduate of Tartan High School.
Died in an auto accident on July 13, 2012. Survived by his Father, Greg (Rae Marie) Ohlsen & Mother, Lois (Paul) Rehman; Sister, Heather (Dustin) Morro; Daughters, Kamryn and Kailyn Ohlsen; Fiancé, Sara Palmer and Daughter, Alese; "Brother From Another Mother" & Best Friend, Howard (Erin) Spiess; Many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins & Friends.
Born in Louisiana, John lived in several places including California, South Dakota, Nebraska & eventually Minnesota. John - otherwise known as DJ OhNo! - had a lifelong passion for music and DJ'ed through out the Twin Cities area including BLVD in West St. Paul & Tom Reid's Hockey City Pub.
John gave in death as he gave in life; He was an eye donor for organ donation.
Visitation on Wednesday, July 18 from 3 to 5 pm with Memorial Service at 5 pm, all at Wulff Funeral Home, 1485 White Bear Avenue, St. Paul.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family for a fund that will be created for his daughters.
