Passed away peacefully September 15, 2017.
Preceded in death by wife of 46 years, Donna; and his 5 siblings.
Survived by children, Lynn (Mike) Radigan, Lori (Bruce) Marsh, Mike (Theresa) Witte; grandchildren, Nick (Rachel) and Brian (Stephanie) Marsh, Michael Radigan, Jr, Erin, Emilie, Molly, Mitchell and Mandy Radigan , Emma, Katherine and Maria Witte, and special nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Wednesday, Sept 20th from 4 - 7 pm with Sharing of Memories beginning at 6:30 pm at Wulff Funeral Home, 1485 White Bear Ave., St. Paul, MN.
Interment Thursday, 9/21 at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
Memorials will be used to benefit the Memory Care Facility, where John lived his last years.
